Your contract as a customer will be with Freed of London Ltd and all payments will be made to Freed of London Ltd. Your contract commences once payment has been received by Freed of London Ltd from your account. Please note no further discounts apply.

Right to Cancel

If you are a UK/EU customer, you have the legal right, under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order. You have seven working days, starting on the day after you receive your goods, in which to exercise your right to cancel.

Notification of cancellation/return must be made in a written format to the above address or e-mailed to returns@freed.co.uk or faxed to +44(0)116 254 5468, within seven working days starting on the day following receipt of shipment. Items are requested to be in original packaging and be complete with sole saver plastic covers. Nylon based products, where the goods can not be restored in the same physical state they were supplied, are exempt from return due to the distorted nature of the goods once worn. Nylon products deemed faulty by Freed of London Limited will be accepted as returns and subject to a full refund. In accordance with your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Packing and Sending your return

We request that you send a copy or the original invoice with your return. Also ensuring the package is securely wrapped or boxed. A receipt of postage, such as a certificate of posting, would be advised for all returned items. The customer has a Statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and to return the goods in reasonable care. All returns postage is at the expense of the customer unless goods are deemed to be faulty by Freed of London Ltd. Freed of London Ltd can offer a returns collection service for a standard courier charge, dependant on location and weight of returned goods. Please contact Freed of London Ltd returns department for a specific price.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days. All returns postage charges are deemed payable by the customer unless it is deemed faulty by Freed of London Ltd, then a full refund is given.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Tax Charges

Freed Of London Ltd are not responsible for local customs/duty tax charges in your country.

Back Orders

Items unavailable at the time of order are placed on backorder, unless otherwise requested. Substitute products can be offered under written notification should any products be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. If substitute product is not suitable then a full refund including all postage charges will be given.

Payment

All orders must be paid for at time of purchase. Payment can be made using all major debit or credit cards. Payment will be processed through WorldPay. Freed of London cannot offer any form of credit.

Delivery

Freed of London aim's to dispatch orders within 48 hours. However, in busy periods this may be longer. Therefore, please allow 30 business days for delivery. Freed of London Ltd will send items either by courier or by trackable delivery.

Fault, Damaged and Incorrect Returns Policy

You undertake that:
a) All details you provide to Freed of London Ltd for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on Freed of London’s web site are correct.
b) The credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from Freed of London Ltd is your own card or your company's card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from Freed of London Ltd. Freed of London Ltd reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.

We always advise proof of postage for any returned product.
